REDCOM received the L3 Communications/Henschel “Outstanding Supplier” Award for their ongoing work on the Internal Communications System (ICS) for the Astute Class of Submarines of the Royal Navy. REDCOM has also been noted for their efforts on the ICS project by BAE Systems Submarine Solutions. BAE Systems is responsible for the overall development of the Astute Class submarines.
