Sigma C2 Console Overview Series

In this video series, the REDCOM Solution Architect team demonstrates the features and capabilities of Sigma C2 Console. REDCOM Sigma® C2 Console is a powerful app that provides operators with a single pane of glass to monitor and control all communications within the tactical C2 network, including both SIP and radio endpoints. The REDCOM C2 Console is browser-based and runs on any PC, laptop, or tablet.

The C2 Console provides the user with a unified interface for controlling all IP and RF comms, including TSM talk groups. Users can instantly patch together disparate endpoints, and communicate to any connection. The C2 Console user inferface was built specifically to meet the needs of the warfighter at the tactical edge, while drastically reducing cost, infrastructure, and complexity.

C2 Communications for Next-Gen Superiority

Many of the C2 communications systems deployed today are more complex and expensive than they need to be. All branches of the U.S. military are seeking next-generation technology to improve interoperability, resiliency and mobility while simultaneously reducing costs and training time.

REDCOM can help get you there with the REDCOM Sigma® ecosystem. REDCOM Sigma takes formerly disparate hardware and software components and combines them into a lightweight, unified software instance. This provides tactical users with just one platform to buy, configure, deploy and train on, greatly reducing complexity while boosting operational flexibility. Sigma is already proven with multiple programs in the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force, and paves the way toward future concepts such as JADC2 and CMOSS.

In this webinar, we’ll explore a few of the major new features REDCOM has introduced on the Sigma platform in spring 2022. The first of these is TSM talk group support, which allows Sigma to integrate seamlessly with TSM networks. The second major feature is an integrated C2 console, which gives warfighters a single pane of glass for monitoring and controlling all communications on the tactical network.

Sigma XRI-400 Overview Series

In this video series, the REDCOM Solution Architect team demonstrates the features and capabilities of Sigma XRI-400, REDCOM’s newest small form factor C2 platform designed for all echelons of the tactical environment. Sigma XRI-400 delivers voice, video, chat, and radio interoperability in a single ruggedized, low-SWaP box.

Sigma XRI-400 bridges the gap between disparate radio systems used by military units, government agencies, and public safety organizations. By leveraging existing radio assets, Sigma XRI-400 enables these organizations to seamlessly connect to each other, regardless of radio network, endpoint, or frequency used. Because Sigma XRI-400 is a full-featured C2 platform, radio users can communicate directly with users on any SIP end device and can participate in the same voice conferences.

Building to Future Requirements Today | Future Soldier 2021

Critical to mission success, soldiers’ capabilities to engage and defeat new threats have been prioritized by Army Futures Command as a critical area for development. Future Soldier Technology USA will bring together military leaders and technical experts to address the evolving capability spectrum of dismounted technology of the US Armed Forces.

Future operating concepts for the U.S. Army outline the need to converge warfighting capabilities into systems that are faster, lighter, and more interoperable, all while improving ease of use. Next-gen platforms like CMOSS hold a lot of promise, but we all know that the process of implementing new technology at the tactical edge can be a challenge. REDCOM recognizes this, which is why we are actively developing solutions that not only solve today’s challenges but also provide a bridge to the platforms of tomorrow.

REDCOM’s Strategic Planning & Research Manager Sal Ceravolo and Business Development Manager Courtney Stiles presented at this year’s Future Soldier Technology Conference. Their discussion highlights how REDCOM’s solution set today maps directly to future Army requirements such as CMOSS, wireless, SDR, and more.
