On July 17, 2018, REDCOM employees were joined by customers and long-time partners to celebrate this incredible milestone at the REDCOM headquarters in Victor, NY.

I am honored to have the opportunity to uphold the legacy of the founders and all those that have given their heart and soul to the company.”
REDCOM was founded in 1978 by Klaus and Brigitte Gueldenpfennig in Penfield, NY. In less than a decade, the company expanded so rapidly that it built a brand-new facility on a 40-acre campus in Victor, NY, which REDCOM still occupies today. REDCOM remains a private, family-run woman-owned small business led by Dinah Gueldenpfennig Weisberg, daughter of the company’s original founders.
“Every business faces struggles when they first begin and REDCOM was no exception; despite the challenges, I would not trade a single day from the past 40 years,” said REDCOM founder Brigitte Gueldenpfennig. “I am very grateful to all the wonderful people, that through their hard work, have helped us build REDCOM to the success it is today. Klaus and I are happy to have our daughter Dinah at the helm, knowing she and the great team around her will guide REDCOM to another 40 years of success.”
