REDCOM President & CEO Dinah Weisberg to join the Copeland Motorsports team for TC America Program

March 1, 2019

REDCOM Laboratories, Inc., the leading supplier of tactical edge communications systems, is pleased to announce that President and CEO Dinah Weisberg will again be competing on the track during the 2019 season. This year BERG Racing will be collaborating with the Copeland Motorsports team. Set to compete in the Blancpain GT World Challenge TC America program, Weisberg will join Tyler Maxson in the Copeland Motorsports ND1 Global MX5 Cup Car in the TCA class.

“Dinah has years’ worth of experience and is a great addition to our team,” explained Copeland Motorsports Dean Copeland. “She is very talented behind the wheel of a race car and will be a great team driver alongside Tyler Maxson in the TCA Class.”

Dinah Weisberg and her husband John Weisberg will also be competing in the SCCA Hoosier Super Tour with the BERG Racing Mazda MX-5s.

With both a professional business and a driving background, Weisberg understands what it takes to succeed both in and out of the drivers’ seat. As the president and CEO of REDCOM Laboratories, Inc. in Victor, New York, Weisberg has been in the drivers’ seat in helping to develop and manufacture the world’s most reliable communications systems for all branches of the military, government agencies, emergency responders, service providers, and enterprises.

“I draw a lot of parallels between the intensity of racing and leading a company,” said Dinah Weisberg. “Both scenarios require focus, determination, hard work, and no room for error.”

Dinah started racing in 2004, and has raced in SCCA club events including 24-hour endure events, SVRA Vintage, GRAND-AM, IMSA Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge, and Pirelli World Challenge events.
