These strategic appointments underscore REDCOM’s dedication to innovation, efficiency, and growth as the company continues to expand its footprint in the defense and communications sectors.
Jeff Smith has been an integral part of REDCOM since 2016, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in product development, engineering, and operations. His career spans some of the most technically demanding industries, including secure C2 communications, VoIP systems, digital printing, and imaging technologies at companies such as Kodak and Xerox. During his decade-long tenure at REDCOM, Mr. Smith successfully led the company’s engineering group, driving advancements in tactical communication solutions and ensuring its products met the rigorous demands of military and government customers.
In his new role as COO, Mr. Smith will oversee critical areas of the business, including engineering, operations, manufacturing, business development, and customer engagement — an integrated, end-to-end mandate that reflects REDCOM’s commitment to operational excellence. His leadership will be instrumental in advancing REDCOM’s mission to deliver interoperable, cutting-edge communications products.
Trish Dow has been with REDCOM since 2019, bringing over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, where she grew in her career to lead customer support, account development, service delivery, project management, and process and system improvement/integration activities. In her expanded role as SVP, Ms. Dow leads the company’s sales operations, information technology, accounting, and compliance organizations, with an increased focus on operational flexibility, growth, and efficiency.
