April 29, 2022

REDCOM Laboratories, Inc is proud to congratulate President and CEO Dinah Gueldenpfennig Weisberg on her selection as a Power 50 Technology honoree and Women of Excellence honoree by the Rochester Business Journal.

The Rochester Business Journal’s Power List showcases Rochester’s power players who are leading key organizations, creating change, impacting the community and engaging others to succeed. These are the business leaders, CEOs, lawyers, public servants and elected officials that others listen to and want to emulate. They make decisions that impact the economy and they inspire success and spark innovation.

“The people on this list are leading innovative companies, incorporating new technologies into highly complex work, providing expert support to other companies in the community, championing local start-ups and more,” said Ben Jacobs, Associate Publisher and Editor of the Rochester Business Journal. “They have not only kept their companies moving forward throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, in most cases they have accelerated the innovative trajectories their organizations were already on.”

Women of ExcellenceThe Women of Excellence award recognizes high-achieving women for their career accomplishments including professional experience, community involvement, leadership and sustained commitment to mentoring. The winners were selected by a panel of judges comprised of previous honorees.

“The 2022 Women of Excellence demonstrate professional success, leadership and a relentless commitment to making the Rochester community the best place to live and work. In addition, they are committed to mentoring and sharing their success with the next generation,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, senior group publisher of the Rochester Business Journal.

“I am incredibly honored to be receiving these awards. Along with the great leadership team and the best employees I could ask for we have worked hard to carry on the tradition of innovation that has been at the heart of REDCOM since my parents founded the company more than forty years ago,” said Weisberg. “We are a family business and treat our team members as such. This is one of the reasons why we were able to win the Top Workplace Award multiple years in a row.”

Weisberg continues: “I am so proud of the work we do at REDCOM. Our products enable the most critical communications in the world from the highest level of government to all branches of the military. And with a very strong product roadmap, we anticipate a very bright future for REDCOM.”

A celebration for all women of excellence honorees will be held May 24th at the Rochester Riverside Convention Center.
