Stiles accepted the award at a ceremony held in New York City on September 23, 2026.
WTWNYC, a committee of the New York District Export Council, has long recognized organizations and individuals who advance global trade. It presents its Rising Star Award each year to an international trade professional under the age of 40. This year, the program expanded to accept nominations from across New York State, reflecting the growing reach of international engagement throughout the region.

The Rising Star Award has traditionally recognized professionals whose careers center on export compliance. Stiles earned it from a different vantage point. As the leader of REDCOM’s business development team, she has driven a deliberate, multi-year
push to expand the company’s presence in international markets. That effort has paid off. Over the past several years, REDCOM has significantly grown its sales to allied nations and partners, including Canada, Australia, Taiwan, and NATO member countries, strengthening coalition interoperability while opening new markets for American-made communications technology.
