Based on component availability, some of these products will be available for final purchase through December 31, 2023. Our Last Time Buy (LTB) products are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We anticipate remaining stock to sell out fast, so contact sales@redcom.com to lock in any LTB orders promptly.
Our next-generation hardware and software Command and Control (C2) products offer a rich set of features that include some of our legacy products’ functionality. If you own a legacy REDCOM product, we encourage you to contact sales@redcom.com to determine the best way forward based on your current and future requirements.
End of Manufacture (EOM) and End of Sale (EOS) REDCOM Products:
- HDX
- SLICE 2100 and the SLICE family of products (i.e. SLICE Micro)
- Server 1600 hardware
- IGX – including any deviations of (i.e. MDX•I)
- SBX
- MDX – including any deviations of (i.e. CDX)
- MSP
- TTG
- All Soft Clients for the above products (SCFW, SCFA)
- All applications associated with the above products (MAUI, LCS, WebApps)
Maintenance & Support:
Extended product support will be available for the HDX and SLICE family of products only. Beginning January 1, 2024, enrollment in a Maintenance & Support Program will be required for any HDX or SLICE product upgrades, training, or technical support. All users are welcome to enroll now to ensure coverage begins on January 1, 2024. This support plan includes:
- Software upgrades
- Product training
- 24/7 technical support
On January 1, 2029, no further support will be available for the HDX and SLICE products. Contact a REDCOM solution advisor for details and pricing on the HDX and SLICE Maintenance and Support Program.
