Tayler Gordon currently serves as a Senior Technical Support Engineer on REDCOM’s Mission Support Services (MSS) team, where he provides customer support through troubleshooting and ticket resolution, supports systems integration and interoperability testing efforts, and helps customers successfully implement and operate REDCOM solutions. Prior to joining the MSS team, Tayler was a Solutions Engineer for REDCOM, where he acted as a subject matter expert in the telecommunications space, enabling customers to stay connected. As a technical expert, he assisted the business development team in assessing customer issues and identifying possible solutions.
Before joining REDCOM, Tayler spent four years in the United States Marine Corps as a Radio Operator. During his service, he led instruction and training on a wide variety of waveforms, including HF, VHF, and SATCOM. He served with the 9th Communications Battalion and 1st Battalion 5th Marines, where he acted as the RO for the Commanding Officer to ensure command and control with joint and adjacent forces during operations.
Due to his time in the Marine Corps, Tayler brings a strong understanding of REDCOM’s customer base and a passion for supporting mission-critical communications. He has a positive and adaptable attitude and is always eager to learn and share his knowledge with the team. In his free time, Tayler enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, learning about networking and network security, and attending gaming and sporting events.
