Paul Reynolds is the Director of Engineering Services at REDCOM Laboratories, where he oversees engineering activities not directly tied to the development of product software. His responsibilities include hardware development, system testing, software support, documentation, and software build and release activities, ensuring these critical functions run smoothly and efficiently.
Paul began his career with REDCOM as a co-op while attending the Rochester Institute of Technology, gaining early hands-on experience with the company’s technology and operations. After spending several years in consulting, he returned to REDCOM, bringing with him a broadened perspective and valuable industry insight. Throughout his career, Paul has developed a strong reputation for problem-solving, effectively communicating across both technical and non-technical teams, and continuously improving processes.
At REDCOM, Paul is proud to be part of a company that builds reliable, innovative products and values collaboration across a talented engineering team. In his current role, he is especially excited to shape the engineering services roadmap, helping position the team for continued success and growth.
In his free time, Paul enjoys 3D printing both functional parts and creative projects, as well as reading.
