Patrick Vaughn is a Business Development Manager at REDCOM. In this role, he serves as the main point of contact between REDCOM and the U.S. Air Force, seeking out new business and making sure existing clients have exactly what they need. Before coming to REDCOM, Patrick was an Infantryman with the 75th Ranger Regiment before leaving the military and working in Afghanistan as a civilian in various roles.
While in Afghanistan, Patrick started working as a base security specialist for U.S. government agencies and later became a team leader for a mobile training unit. In this role, he traveled around the country and provided instruction to the partnered forces (Afghans) of NATO Special Operation Forces (SOF). Eventually, he found himself as the Operations Manager for the program, overseeing eight Mobile Training Teams across Afghanistan.
Patrick’s experience working collaboratively and as a leader in these positions, as well as his work ethic and attention to detail serve him well in his role at REDCOM. He excels at building solid working relationships, especially with U.S. government agencies and international partners. He enjoys working with the REDCOM team where everyone truly cares about supporting the warfighter and can be part of developing new equipment and capabilities for those warfighters. In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, bass fishing from a kayak, and playing acoustic guitar.
