Mike Crissey

Senior Technical Support Engineer

Mike Crissey currently serves as a Senior Technical Support Engineer on REDCOM’s Mission Support Services (MSS) team, where he provides customer support through troubleshooting and ticket resolution, supports systems integration and interoperability testing efforts, and helps ensure customers successfully deploy and operate REDCOM solutions. Prior to joining the MSS team, Mike was a Solutions Engineer for REDCOM, serving as a subject matter expert in telecommunications and REDCOM’s command and control solutions. Previously, he worked as a Customer Engineering and Support Technician. Since joining REDCOM in 1986, Mike has held a wide variety of positions, including Board Testing, managing the Warranty Department, System Test, Validation Lab, and Sales Operations, where he worked with customers to design custom systems to fit their needs.

Throughout his time at REDCOM, Mike has been able to work on many high-profile projects, including internal communications for the United States Navy’s Virginia-class submarines, large-scale conference bridges for the highest levels of government, and private network updates for large nationwide corporations. With decades of experience, Mike supports customers across REDCOM’s product lines, helping with system integration and troubleshooting while drawing on extensive technical knowledge gained throughout his career.

A military veteran, Mike served in the United States Navy from 1978 to 1982, where he was part of the task force off the coast of Iran in 1980. This experience in the service benefits Mike in aiding REDCOM’s government customers. Mike enjoys working at REDCOM, where he has felt like an important part of the team since the day he walked in the door. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, hiking, exploring with his wife, and taking long drives and road trips across the country.
