Mike Acevedo is a Solutions Architect for REDCOM, where he supports the sales team in developing new business and serves the company’s variety of customers. Mike does this by finding communications solutions that meet their unique needs using REDCOM’s portfolio of hardware and software products. Mike previously worked at Allworx, where he was a Sales Engineer and Channel Manager for the state of Florida. In this role, he engineered solutions for customers and conducted technical training classes for business partners.
With several years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Mike is an asset to the REDCOM Sales team. A dependable and customer-driven team player, he does what it takes to understand the needs of each customer, working with our sales and customer support teams to find the best solution. Mike enjoys working with REDCOM’s customer base, knowing that the work he does serves people from across the globe, and facilitates some of the most important conversations. In his free time, Mike enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
