Larry Hein is a Growth Manager at REDCOM Laboratories, leading business development efforts for Aberdeen Proving Ground, the National Capital Region, and other key customer locations nationwide. A retired U.S. Air Force Intelligence Officer, Larry brings a wealth of operational insight shaped by a career in Intelligence, Air Operations, and Mission Planning, followed by more than 20 years in defense contracting supporting Army and Intelligence Community customers.
Larry is known for his collaborative approach, extensive network, and ability to connect capabilities with mission needs. His background across business development, program and project management, and technical services gives him a strong understanding of the challenges facing REDCOM’s core customer base. He looks forward to deepening his knowledge of the command-and-control communications domain and contributing to a team focused on delivering tangible value rather than just technical expertise.
Outside of work, Larry enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with their son and three dogs, socializing with friends and family, and visiting their future retirement property in Maine.
