Clayton Allen is a Technical Support Engineer at REDCOM Laboratories, where he provides customer support through troubleshooting and ticket resolution, supports systems integration and interoperability testing efforts, and helps customers successfully implement and operate REDCOM solutions.
Clayton is a combat veteran and continues to serve in the New York Army National Guard as a 25H. His military service has provided the foundation for his experience and perspective in his current role.
Mr. Allen is observant and attentive, maintains a positive attitude, and works collaboratively with others while contributing to a strong team environment. He appreciates the culture and community at REDCOM and values the opportunity to learn, innovate, and demonstrate how REDCOM’s products provide effective solutions for tactical and on-the-move communications scenarios.
Outside of work, Clayton enjoys spending time with his family and occasionally playing guitar at open mic events.
