Please take time to answer these questions to the best of your ability and return to your Primary Instructor and Business Development Manager. This document is used for planning and coordination between you (the customer) and REDCOM. Every effort should be made to ensure this information is correct and planned to prevent training distractors. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact your Business Development Manager or Solutions Architect at any time.

How many students will be in the class?*

List the names of the students in the class

What is the general experience level in RF communication and radio networking (L3Harris, TrellisWare, Motorola, etc.) along with IP networking experience (SIP, XMPP, SBC, etc.)?*

Please Note:

The laptops must have complete administrator privileges; ALL firewalls must be turned off, and telephony must be enabled PRIOR to the start of the course. This must be coordinated with your local DOIM (Directorate of Information Management), if necessary, prior to the start of the course. Computers will not be plugged into the LAN during the course, and they can be returned to unit standards after the course is complete.

Please note: If possible, we would like access to the classroom 30 minutes prior to the start of training on Day 1 to set up equipment and ensure the classroom is set up, courseware distributed, etc.

Will a Proxima or compatible projector be available?

Is there a Dry Erase board or chalk board with colored chalk & eraser in the classroom?

Does the training room have enough outlets/extension cords & surge protectors to support the training?*
