EspañolREDCOM Laboratories, Inc. is proud to announce that the company has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Democrat and Chronicle. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

REDCOM was founded in 1978 in Penfield, NY. In less than a decade, the company expanded so rapidly that it built a brand-new facility on a 40-acre campus in Victor, NY, which REDCOM still occupies today.
