Wade Mueller | Senior Manager, Research & Development
Wade is a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of REDCOM’s products and customers and is the subject matter expert on REDCOM’s Secure Voice Gateway solution.
Before coming to REDCOM, Wade served in the United States Navy as an Electronic Technician. After his service, he worked as an Electronics Manufacturing/Test Engineer for Qualitrol for ten years, supporting electronic, electrical, and mechanical product lines. He later worked for AT&T as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer and Global Crossing as a VoIP Network Engineer before making his way to REDCOM in 2002.
Jim Dye | Senior Solution Architect
Jim Dye is a Senior Solutions Architect for the Secure Network and Voice Products business for the Cyber Systems Line of Business within General Dynamics Mission Systems. In this role, Mr. Dye brings over 40 years of telecommunications expertise and U.S. Air Force experience to support our customers and their missions.
Mr. Dye provides network product field engineering for the Sectéra® Secure Voice Encryption and TACLANE® Network Encryption product portfolios to customers spanning U.S. Government, FVEY countries, and NATO.
