Chris Fitch is the Director of Product Software at REDCOM Laboratories, where he oversees software development teams, ensuring alignment across groups and delivering products that meet the needs of REDCOM’s customers. He works closely with strategy and systems engineering to plan product roadmaps and develop effective, forward-thinking solutions.
Chris has been with REDCOM for over two decades, beginning his career as a software engineering co-op from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2004. Early in his career, he gained experience across multiple areas, including hardware engineering and board testing, before transitioning into full-time software development in 2006. He spent several years contributing to REDCOM’s HDX and SLICE products, followed by five years developing Sigma software. Over time, Chris grew into leadership roles, serving as a team lead and manager before stepping into his current position as director.
Known for his ability to improve processes, accurately estimate projects, and remove blockers, Chris plays a key role in driving progress and fostering collaboration across teams. In his current role, he is focused on optimizing software development processes and enabling teams to continue delivering the high-quality, impactful products REDCOM is known for. Outside of work, Chris enjoys attending his kids’ sporting events, golfing, and 3D printing.
