Most communications service providers have established a reliable network infrastructure to meet the needs of their residential and business. But what happens when a natural disaster strikes or an essential system fails? If there’s one thing that the recent disasters in California and Maui have shown us, it’s the importance of having an emergency communications plan in place.

Since 1978, REDCOM has been designing and engineering communications solutions that are reliable, interoperable, and easy to use. Most of you are familiar with our legacy products (the HDX and SLICE), but you may not know too much about our new product portfolio. This product set can integrate directly into your CO, providing seamless interoperability between current services and radio networks. We also have smaller form-factor kits that can be deployed to the site of an incident, quickly restoring localized communications and providing connections back to the CO. In both cases, these solutions are highly flexible and can be used even when an incident is resolved. All of our products are still designed, engineered, manufactured, and supported right here in the USA.

In this webinar, REDCOM will share a quick overview of our new solution set, along with our insights and expertise on how you can enhance your communications infrastructure.

Todd Kimball | Regional Account Manager

Todd Kimball is Regional Account Manager for REDCOM, where he has been working at REDCOM since 1988, starting off as a Test Engineer where he worked to test new software capabilities on REDCOM switching platforms. He later worked in the software integration lab and in customer support, where he performed on-site installations of REDCOM gear and delivered tech support and training for customers.

Todd is responsible for new business evolution as well as support and development of long-term existing accounts in Western United States, Alaska, and the Pacific. With his extensive experience in both technical engineering and customer support, Todd is well-equipped in his role, supporting customers who already have REDCOM equipment and keeping them up to date with new products.

In 2011, Todd was awarded an Associate Member of the Year Award by the Alaska Telephone Association. Placing great importance on the support of — and dedication to — long-term customer relationships, Todd has created trust with his customers because of his extensive product-line knowledge, as well as the longevity of his career here at REDCOM.
