Jackie Callari has been part of the REDCOM family since 1981. She began her career at the company working as a Software Engineer right out of college, then worked her way up to Group Leader of a software development team where she helped develop REDCOM’s central office product line at the time, the MDX. Later, Jackie became the Manager of Software Development and then Director of Engineering Development. The experience she has gained working in multiple departments at REDCOM makes Jackie well-equipped for her current role as Director of Customer Engineering and Support, which she has held since 2008.
With her extensive knowledge of software engineering and her passion for customer relations, Jackie is able to generate meaningful relationships while understanding the technical needs of each customer. Jackie manages several groups including customer service, product training, technical documentation, as well as the HDX/SLICE development team.
When Jackie steps out of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, and reading mystery novels.
