Erik Nixon

Customer Service Team

Erik Nixon is a Product Training and Support Specialist for REDCOM, where he teaches and supports customers with questions they have on the REDCOM HDX, SLICE, and Sigma products. Erik has a Bachelor’s Degree from Nazareth College and has worked in training for most of his career. He previously worked for Nuance Communications for fourteen years, where he did training and project management, integrating and implementing Nuance Software into existing systems. He also worked at Eagle Productivity Solutions as a Technical Trainer. Erik’s strong history in training roles makes him an asset to the REDCOM team customer support team.

Erik is a skilled communicator, who enjoys his job interacting with clients and helping to simplify complex concepts, making technology a little less scary. Working at REDCOM, Erik appreciates the positive atmosphere, where everyone is professional, supportive and welcoming. His sense of humor and ability to work well with all kinds of people serve him well in his role. In his free time, Erik enjoys golfing, spending time with his wife and family, and watching his kids play sports.
