Chad joined REDCOM in March 2015 as Director of People and Performance. His responsibilities include providing strategic direction for the full range of human capital functions, with an emphasis on talent management and acquisition, compensation and benefits, and legal compliance. He has nearly 20 years of experience in supporting, developing, and leading HR organizations.
Before REDCOM, Chad served in a variety of increasingly responsible positions at Moog’s Aircraft Group division. This included work as an HR Business Partner where he guided executive management and global operations toward improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery through effective talent acquisition, talent development, and employee relations initiatives. Prior to that, Chad was Director of Talent Acquisition for Staffing Authority, where he built a team that handled full life cycle direct-hire and contract recruitment for a variety of global manufacturing and aerospace companies.
Chad graduated from Villanova University with a Master of Science in Human Resource Development. He also has undergraduate degrees in Mathematics and Economics.
Outside of REDCOM, Chad enjoys spending time outdoors with his family. Additionally, he enjoys running and skiing the diverse network of trails in the Finger Lakes and Adirondack regions, including the occasional ultra-marathon.
