Alan Krolick joined REDCOM in 2017 as a Regional Sales Manager. As an accomplished business development manager, he has spent the past 15 years providing solutions for Tier 1, 2 & 3 Telcos, SLED, and fortune 1000 companies with an emphasis on the Midwest, Southwest, and Pacific Northwest regions. He has provided a myriad of technologies to his customers over this tenure and is acutely aware of the struggles and requirements service providers face.
With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Empire State College, Alan has worked for companies such as Sutherland Global Services and Layer 3 Technologies where he served in various sales roles including Vice President of Sales and Global Sales where he excelled in designing, implementing, and managing sales forecasting and implementing strategic sales practices.
Alan’s success comes through understanding the technology as well as the unique situations his customers face. He is a firm believer in these traditional relationships and makes it a point to not just provide a short-term fix, but to focus on the long haul with his customers. This is why the majority of Alan’s clients receive custom solutions that address their unique needs.
When Alan is not at a trade show or in the office, you can find him coaching a youth team on a football field, baseball diamond, basketball court, or soccer pitch. After the games end he enjoys time with his family, shooting a round of golf, or just laying back to cast a reel. Born and raised in Rochester, he is a Buffalo Bills fan through and through.
