REDCOM Laboratories, Inc., a leading supplier of the world’s most reliable and secure communication solutions, is excited to announce that Mike Sweeney (Col., USMC, Ret.) has been promoted to Vice President of Government Strategy. Mike will lead the REDCOM Government team and all business development efforts with the Department of Defense and government agencies.

“There is no better person to lead our efforts in the government sector than Mike Sweeney,” said REDCOM President/CEO Dinah Gueldenpfennig Weisberg. “Mike is acutely focused on advancing REDCOM’s mission of developing the most secure communications solutions in the world.”

“It’s an exciting time for REDCOM. We have a great product roadmap ahead that will allow us to solve some truly unique challenges for our customers,” said Mike Sweeney. “While my concentration will primarily be on hardened communications solutions that help our armed forces to sustain operations, it’s important to realize that these same solutions are relevant in the enterprise sector as well. Any organization with critical communications needs — including banks, hospitals, and emergency responders — can benefit from REDCOM technology.”
