Returning material to REDCOM for repair
Before returning material to REDCOM for repair and return, whether covered by REDCOM's Limited Warranty, or for out-of-warranty repair and return, contact REDCOM for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number from a REDCOM technical support representative if they are helping you resolve a problem and discover a board needs to be repaired. If you have determined on your own a board needs to be returned for repair, call REDCOM at +1.585.924.6500 and ask for an RMA number. Or send your request by fax to +1.585.924.6585, or by e-mail to
service@redcom.com. Be sure to include the part number and serial number for each item to be returned.
Registered users of the REDCOM Customer Support website at
http://support.redcom.com can obtain return authorization online.
