SLICE® 2100™ Cable Operator Application


REDCOM’s TRANSip™-enabled products offer cable operators the opportunity to provide voice services over their network. Available in the SLICE 2100 and HDX platforms, TRANSip technology converges VoIP and TDM interfaces in a single unit. REDCOM’s TRANSip interfaces with the cable operator’s existing data network and offers VoIP connectivity for end devices or trunking between sites.

Wireless Local Loop Application


REDCOM’s TRANSip technology interfaces with wireless networks used in “last mile” applications. Wireless Local loop end devices register to the integrated Call Manager in REDCOM’s TRANSip-enabled platforms (HDX or SLICE 2100), and connect to the VoIP and TDM networks via REDCOM equipment.
