REDCOM Promotes Sam Delibert to President and Dinah Gueldenpfennig Weisberg to Executive Vice President

Victor, New York – REDCOM Laboratories Inc., a company that designs and manufactures the world’s most reliable telecommunications systems, announced today the appointment of Sam Delibert as the company’s President and Dinah Gueldenpfennig Weisberg as Executive Vice President.

Sam Delibert joined REDCOM as the Vice President of Operations in 2004. In 2006, Mr. Delibert was promoted to Chief Operating Officer, where his exceptional experience and leadership helped streamline the company’s operations and improve efficiency. In addition to his new role as President, Mr. Delibert will continue on as the company’s Chief Operating Officer, in charge of all day-to-day operations. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Roberts Wesleyan and has taken additional course work at the University of Virginia and the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Dinah Gueldenpfennig Weisberg has been with REDCOM for more than 25 years. In 2004, she was promoted to Vice President of Government Programs and Planning, a position she will continue to hold in addition to her new role as Executive Vice President. She has a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of Buffalo and a Master of Science in Software Development and Management from RIT. Dinah Gueldenpfennig Weisberg also holds an Executive MBA degree from RIT.

REDCOM founder Klaus Gueldenpfennig will remain the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board.
