Government & Domestic Commercial Sales:
REDCOM's sales organization is dedicated to providing our customers with responsive service for all aspects of sales activity including pre-sale inquiries, quotations, post-sales support, and technical support. Our customers are the most important people with which we communicate and our staff appreciates being of service. When you call REDCOM Sales during business hours, you get a person, not voice mail.
International Sales:
REDCOM's main international sales office is in its Victor NY headquarters. The international organization includes REDCOM's Far East Technical Support Office in Taipei, Taiwan. REDCOM has dealers and agents in selected international markets. For the representative in your area, contact REDCOM headquarters.
Post Sale Support:
